Responsibilities
  • Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor-station or pump-station equipment, plant facilities, and pipeline facilities, including prime movers, compressors, valves, filters, separators, dehydrators, pumps, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Plan, organize, prioritize, communicate, and coordinate work with employees and contractors to ensure work is completed safely, timely, and effectively.
  • Provide budgetary information, schedule work and outages, order materials, maintain inventory, and coordinate required resources.
  • Interpret and use drawings, schematics, loading and pump curves, original equipment manufacturer manuals, and other technical resources.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and portable and mobile work equipment safely in hazardous, classified, and non-hazardous environments.
  • Use precision measurement equipment to determine dimensions and set operating-equipment clearances and tolerances.
  • Maintain equipment records, logs, inventory, and other documentation required by company procedures and regulatory agencies.
